how we decide ..

A succesful location for a trinity hotel operation is dependent on many criteria, the more important of which are :

location

Using commissioned specialist market research combined with long experience of UK hotel operations, we have determined what we believe to be the key success criteria for Trinity Hotels optimum locations.

business hub

The core target guest is the extended stay business person working for or with a major commercial or public sector organisation. Trinity Hotels sites should be close to business districts populated by these types of companies.

transport links

While some guests will drive to our hotels using their own or a hired car, others may arrive by air or train. Sites should be well located for links to national and international transport hubs including airports (or airport links) and mainline rail stations.

adjacent amenities

Sites are best located in urban areas rather than isolated out of town business parks. Restaurants, shops and other amenities should be within easy reach, to give the extended stay guest maximum flexibility and choice.

multi-sites

Where there is a high concentration of business premises in the largest UK cities, several Trinity Hotels properties can be located in different districts. For optimal market share, our research shows there is capacity for multiple sites in a number of major UK cities.
