Completed developments will be operated initially by the individual hotel group
under the Courtyard® or Staybridge Suites® unique branding through individually
tailored management agreements. Trinity Hotels will retain the properties within
its investment portfolio which will be strategically expanded through a carefully
implemented development programme over the next five years.
